Witches’ Broom Treat Bag!

This week over on my Sisters in Stamping blog we're featuring Halloween candy treats (don't forget to head over there and see what my talented stamping sisters created). I saw this cute idea on another demonstrator's blog (Lynn Pratt), changed it up a bit and made one each for Alexa, Craig and Jacie. The "broom" has a candy treat bag that I filled with Kit Kats (they're Jacie's favorites) and a Jamba Juice gift card, stuck a stick in, and then covered with a broom bristle skirt. I made a different tag for each of them using the Howl-o-ween Creeps stamp set.

The candy bag and bristle skirt were made using the packing paper that comes in our Stampin' Up! orders! it was nice to recycle it for a project and not just throw it away. I have a lot left over if anyone wants any!!

Last week after Jacie's soccer game we were walking to the car and I saw the stick on the ground, picked it up and put it in my trunk with her soccer bag. She asked me what I needed the stick for and I told her it was for her Halloween surprise, so she is dying to know how I'm using the stick. I told her she would find out on Halloween. When she came over yesterday she brought me another stick, so I guess that means she wants more than one treat!!
