Happy Friday! I can't believe that it's already mid-August! This year is just flying by! I must be having fun! (I am!).
I hope that you've had a chance to check out the new Holiday Seasonal Collection Mini Catalog that just went live on August 1st! I love the holiday's and always eagerly await the annual Holiday Catalog! Every year I feel is better than the last, and this year is no exception!! So many great new stamp sets and accessories! I can't wait to get started on my holiday projects!!!
One new thing in this catalog are some product bundles! Stamp set and Framelits dies bundles to be specific and the bundles saves us money! Even better, right! I've always loved it when stamp sets have matching punches, well now several of the sets have matching Framelits as well!! Yay!
This cute stamp set is called Perfectly Preserved and can be found on page 29 of the Holiday Mini and it has a matching Framelits set called Cannery Set on the same page. You can purchase the two separately, or as a bundle and save 15%!!
This week over on my Sisters in Stamping blog we're sharing some of our favorite items from the new Holiday Mini Catalog. Hope over there and see my creative stamping sisters' favorites!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a fun stamping weekend!
I just got this set from the new Stampin' Up! catalog and love the flower image and the five greetings that come with it!
I also used the new Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper and the new Summer Starfruit card stock and ink. Over on my Sisters in Stamping blog this week we're sharing cards made with sets in the Nature section of the catalog, pages 70 – 95. Head over there if you'd like to check out my stamping sisters' creations!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a fun and fabulous weekend!
Today is the first day of the new annual Stampin' Up! catalog! Yay! I love getting the new catalog every year and can't wait to check out all the new stamp sets and accessories. The first thing I do while looking at the new catalog is pull out a wish list and start writing down all of the new goodies that I want. Then I try to prioritize my ordering! Ha! That usually doesn't work too well for me as those that know and stamp with me, always tease me about having everything in the catalog!!
Well, I rationalize that it is my business and I need the goodies for that! Right!?!
Here's a card that I made using a new set called Betsy's Blossoms. I also used new Designer Series Paper called Floral District, which I LOVE! It's so bright and cheerful and I love the colors! For this card, I used a card challenge sketch that will be posting on Craft Project Central, tomorrow, June 2nd, so you're getting a sneak peek at the new challenge sketch!!
You can see that the stamp set and the designer paper coordinate well together! I stamped the bird's wing and the paper behind it is the designer paper! The color and design are an exact match!
To get a peek at some other new sets and accessories from the new catalog, check out my Sisters in Stamping blog to see what my creative stamping sisters are sharing!
If you'd like to order a new catalog from me, just send me an email. Catalogs are only $5 which includes standard (slower shipping method) mailing or $8.50, which includes (premium) faster shipping!
Have a fabulous weekend!!
Here's a very pretty and elegant box and card set that would make a perfect gift, and especially for someone that likes butterflies! This project is quick and easy, but has a big WOW factor! Makes a great class or club project too!
Thanks for stopping by!
Okay, I haven't even started my personal Christmas cards yet this year, and I'm designing a Christmas Thank You card! In anticipation of all the lovely gifts I'll be receiving this year?? No, because over on my Sisters in Stamping blog this week, we're sharing Christmas Thank You cards that will hopefully inspire you to make a few and send them out for the lovely gifts that you receive this year!! Check out the cards that my talented stamping sisters created too!
Even though the card will be used and sent out after Christmas, I still wanted it to have a holiday-ish look and feel to it. So I used the Pines & Poinsettas stamp set. Technically this card could be used year round as there isn't anything that identifies the card as a "Christmas" card.
I got the layout from the Creating Pretty Cards monthly card challenge over at Craft Project Central. I loved having a sketch and not having to come up with a layout from scratch!
I'm going to be at the Mililani Recreation Center 5 Holiday Craft Fair tomorrow. If you're in the neighborhood, please stop by and see me at my booth! I'll have hand stamped gifts and cards for sale!
If I don't see you, have a fabulous weekend, and thanks as always for stopping by!!
Here is a great set of all-occasion cards featuring the Spice Cake Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the Oval All stamp set. There are four cards in this set, including a Thank You card, a Best Wishes card, a Just for You card and a Fabulous Friend card. The project also features instructions for a fun gift box to package the set in. This project makes a fun gift and is also perfect for clubs and classes.
This week over on my Sisters in Stamping blog we're focusing on sets from the All Natural section of the catalog. I chose the Fabulous Florets set, because as you know, I love flower sets and I didn't get enough of this set when it first came out in the Summer Mini Catalog! I was glad to see that it also made it into the new Idea Book & Catalog as the set is very versatile and I can use it in many different ways!
You'll want to make sure an take a peek to see what my stamping sisters created this week too!
Don't forget that if you want to place an order to make a stash of Thank You cards to have on hand, you can call or email me or place an order through my web site from the comfort of your home, 24/7.
