Happy Friday! Over on my Sisters in Stamping blog we're getting a jump on Father's Day, while counting down the days until the new Stampin' Up! catalog debuts!

My dad doesn't read my blog, so I'm safe in posting it here this early. I used the Alphabet Simple Letters for the Big Shot, and the Delightful Dozen stamp set. I also used the Well Worn Designer Series Paper pack, which is a great set good for masculine designs.

Sailboat Party Favor & Pocket Card!

I'm always looking for cute party favors and invitations for my own personal use, and my friends are always asking me if I have ideas for their parties too! Well, here's a super cute Sailboat Party Favor and invitation that could be used for a baby shower, or easily adapted for a birthday party! Just add the children's names to the flags on the boats and use the You're Invited sentiment on the invitation! Put a special treat in the Sailboat and it's smooth sailing for a fun party with a darling theme!

Happiest Birthday Wishes!

Well by now you've probably seen the retiring stamp set and accessories lists! Every year a few of my favorite stamp sets retire and this is one of them. The Happiest Birthday Wishes hostess stamp set. It's a great birthday greeting set and I use it a lot because I make a lot of birthday cards! Although I won't be able to demonstrate with this set after it retires, I will keep it for my own personal use as the birthday greetings in this set are so nice and versatile!

I used Peach Parfait, Wild Wasabi and Regal Rose Stampin' Write Markers to color in the image.

The Cupcake Builder punch made it easy to make this cute cupcake too.

Over on my Sisters in Stamping blog this week, we're sharing cards or projects made using stamp sets and/or other items that are on the retiring lists. Take a look and remember if you want anything on the lists, you have until May 31st (or while supplies last with the accessories), to purchase from the current catalog.
