The new colors are part of a "Color Renovation" that Stampin' Up!  is doing based on much industry research and internal sales data!  So based on what we like and what the industry likes, we will be getting some new colors and will be saying goodbye to some colors!  We'll also have some of our favorite In Colors returning!!
