Merry Christmas! Joy Decor Blocks!
I made these Joy Decor Blocks for myself to go with my Noel wall hanging that I made last month. Click Mele Kalikimaka to hear one of my favorite Christmas songs. Click your back button after you listen to the song. To all of you out there with tons of snow, I wish we had some here. Hope you all stay warm and safe!

Here is the front view of the blocks.

And the back view. I also decorated the side with snowflakes.

My girl friend Michelle, who is oh so talented, decorated this cute little Christmas Tree for me! She must really love me as you can see all the beautiful rhinestone brads, build-a-brads, etc. that she used to decorate the tree for me!! I love too that she used non-traditional Christmas colors. Thanks again Michelle!!

Kids’ Holiday Craft Project!
I think I mentioned before that I was going to go in to the school and do a holiday craft project with Craig and Jacie's classes. I did that this week. Here are a couple pictures of the kids making their crafts and then a couple of what they made.
.jpg)
I went to Craig's class first. The kids were so good! Everyone brought in a picture and we made a little Christmas card for them to give to their parents. They then all wrote a Christmas note and drew pictures inside!

Here are pictures of Craig and some of his classmates, and Craig and his teacher!

Everyone did a great job and it was so fun going in and sharing my love of crafting with them!

Here is my little Jacie working on her card. Even the younger kids did a great job and had fun!

Jacie and her teacher and with me. I bet you can guess what Jacie wants for Christmas!
All I want for Christmas is my _____ ________ __________!!

So cute!

And they all wanted to do a picture with "silly faces".

Pacific Stampers’ Group Holiday Potluck!
Our group usually meets the first Friday of every month, but every December, in lieu of our meeting we have a holiday potluck! We eat, drink, be merry, play games, and stamp a little! Here are some pictures from our party! Enjoy!
Some of the gals made favors for everyone!

Brenda's favor!

Jane's favor!

Krista's favor!

Michelle U's favor! (And she didn't even get to come to the party!)
We also did a grab bag. Here are some of the grab bag gifts. I didn't get a chance to take a
picture of all of them, but they were all fabulous!!

Grab bag gift made by Krista. This little treasure trove is made from rectangular
coasters and was full of Stampin' Up! goodies!

This grab bag was made by Michelle P. The bag (upper right) had cards and this
little mini scrapbook in it! So darling!

This grab bag was made by Naoko! So beautiful and creative!

This grab bag was made by Stephanie! This is a magnetic board that you can hang by the
ribbon with calendar and magnets! Too cute!
And we played some games!

Drawing the Delightful Decorations stamp set on their heads!

And unwrapping a gift with many of layers of gift wrap, with oven mitts on their hands!

Music played for 15 seconds and when the music stopped the person had to pass the gift to the next person.
The person holding the gift when the last layer of wrapping paper came off, got to keep the gift.
We also had tons of food, and stamped a little tag, laughed and just had a wonderful time!
I have such a great group and I am very thankful for all that they bring to my life!

Kids Christmas Card!
Here is a little Christmas Card that I put together that the kids can send or give to their teachers, friends, etc.
Depending on the age of the kids, they can run the pieces through the Big Shot and glue them together all by themselves. If they are too young, run the pieces through, give them the clothes and let them do the rest.
I am doing a project similar to this for my niece's kindergarten class and my nephew's third grade class. I'm putting some of the little pieces together before hand, e.g. the buckle on Santa's belt, the holly and berries on the hat, but I'm letting the kids to the rest. (I'll have all the pieces to give them.) I'll post that project after we do it in the classes (if I survive 40 kids!).
BTW, the eyes, nose, mouth, and buttons on Santa's jacket are big card stock pieces attached to the back of the bear to show through the holes, versus little pieces on top. Much easier!!

Front Row Regional!
Every year Stampin' Up! visits select cities across the nation for training session called Regionals. I've been lucky enough to be able to attend at least one regional per year since I joined Stampin' Up! eight years ago, but living here in Hawaii, it can be a little costly to fly for a one day event on the mainland. This year Stampin' Up! introduced an event called Front Row Regional. They taped an event and put it on DVD and made it available to demonstrators so they could have their very own little regional from the comfort of their own home! In addition, they made available make-n-take packets so we could make all of the projects made at the actual regional.

I invited some other demonstrators to come over and enjoy the Front Row Regional with me!
We watched the DVD and it was just like having Shelli and the other presenters right in the room with us!

We stamped the projects, ate tons of food, and everyone brought projects to share.

Here are the projects that we made. The first is an 8 x 8 scrapbook page and the project on the right is a little holiday gift box. All projects used the Berry Christmas stamp set found in the Holiday Mini Catalog.

Next we made these cute little mini note cards. I usually don't stamp my envelopes, but the directions had that and I love how much it added to the projects.

And finally, two holiday cards. I don't know how I'm ever going to have naked envelopes again!

UH Football Game!
I went to my first University of Hawaii football game last Saturday night! UH played Navy and the Navy was favored to win. UH ended up winning 23-17 and it was a very exciting game. And, as you can tell by the pictures, we had great seats!

Here are Craig and Jacie!

Jacie getting an autograph after the game ended.

And Alexa and a couple of her friends posing with Medeiros!

Alexa is not a short girl, almost my height (5' 4"), so you can tell how tall these guys are! Here they are with Salas, one of the top receivers in the nation!
