I haven’t posted for a couple days as I have been at the annual Stampin’ Up! Leadership Conference! The conference this year was held in Orlando, Florida! I had a fabulous time, learned new Leadership skills, new stamping techniques, met new friends, and hung out with old friends, and just had a great time!
Here is a picture of me with Shelli Gardner the Co-founder and CEO of Stampin’ Up! and my friend Dawn Rapsas, who I met at Founder’s Circle in September.
We were at Universal Studios for the Managers Reception. They left a portion of the park open for us and we got to ride the rides with no lines (I had just gotten of the Incredible Hulk roller coaster), have a yummy dinner, and hang out with friends!
Here is a picture of my dear friend Karla Anders and Shelli. Karla had never met Shelli before, so I love this picture! I met Karla last year at Leadership and we became fast friends and it feels like we’ve known each other forever, not just a year. Her mom got us this sweet time share condo and we had three bedrooms and three bathrooms (you can never have enough bathrooms when women are trying to get ready in the morning).
Here are my other two condo roommates, Jenn Sunada (a wonderful member of my downline attending her
first Leadership) ,and Deb Geier who I also met for the first time last year at Leadership!
We enjoyed the great Florida seafood every chance we got as you can see!
I’ll be posting more Leadership pictures later and sharing some exciting news of things coming our way in the world of Stampin’ Up!

I’m always so excited when we have a new catalog coming out, but I’m also sad to see some sets go in order to make room for the new!
Some of my favorite sets are retiring in January, so I thought that I would play with them one last time, so I did a "Retiring Sets Stamp-A-Stack (SAS)!
At my Stamp-A-Stacks everyone stamps 10 cards and matching envelopes (two each of five different designs). Here are the cards that we made at this SAS!
This card uses the retiring Fabulous Flowers stamp set.
This card used the retiring Floral background stamp.
This card uses the retiring Ginormous Flowers stamp set.
This card uses the retiring It’s All Good stamp set.
This card uses the retiring Kind Thoughts stamp set.
Remember that you only have until January 18th, to order these and any other sets that are on the retiring list (see my specials page to get a list of the retiring sets).
